PuliBet complaints: first identify the dispute
Start with the outcome you are disputing: a rejected request, a delay after approval, a game settlement or a missing bonus. A general statement such as “the money disappeared” does not show at which step the discrepancy arose. Find the history entry and compare the expected amount with the actual amount, retaining the currency and status.
Keep complaints to the operator separate from corrections to PuliBet Guide articles. The operator manages the gambling account and payment requests; the editorial team can check a publication but cannot credit a bonus or speed up a bank payment. The recipient also determines which details are actually needed.
- Open the history and save the disputed transaction ID.
- Record the amount, currency, displayed status and expected outcome.
- For a bonus, add the bet slip number and the terms under which you expect credit.
- Contact the logged-in live chat and describe one specific discrepancy.
- Distinguish an automatic acknowledgement from a specialist’s reply and the subsequent resolution.
- After the reply, check the relevant balance or history, not just the message text.
For a game, find the ID in CASİNOPRO GEÇMİŞİ; for a withdrawal, distinguish acceptance, approval, sending and receipt. If a game fails to launch, save the identifiers before clearing browser history or contacting support as suggested by the operator.

Rejections that do not mean lost funds
I checked six situations involving rejections, restrictions and a delay. In some cases the transaction stopped before any transfer, so these cannot be described as withholding funds already sent. When explaining a complaint, it helps to state both the amount and the last step actually completed.
What stopped before sending
| Situation | Reason | Action and outcome |
|---|---|---|
| Bank request for 1,500 TRY | Below the applied minimum of 2,000 TRY | Rejected before sending; 1,500 TRY remained available |
| Payment details under another name | Name does not match the account holder | Stopped preparation; did not make the payment |
| Withdrawal with an active bonus | Required wagering remained | The request was not sent to the bank |
| Repeated click | Checking for a duplicate request | One request and one debit in the history |
| Incompatible crypto network | ERC20 address does not match the selected TRC20 network | Stopped before transferring |
| Withdrawal approved, funds not yet received | Sending and receipt remained separate steps | In the related case, 5.5 minutes to sending and another 14 minutes to receipt |
The rejection of 1,500 TRY concerns a specific bank scenario with an applied threshold of 2,000 TRY. That threshold applied to this bank request in TRY. If the amount remained in the available balance and nothing was sent, frame the enquiry as a request to explain the rejection, rather than to trace a transfer. When the name did not match, I did not make a payment using someone else’s details. Preparation stopped before sending to the bank. The practical step is to use your own details; trying to bypass the name match may create another dispute instead of resolving the original one.
If an active bonus with outstanding wagering stopped the payment, include the bonus terms and wagering status in your enquiry: bank details alone cannot identify which condition and remaining requirement prevent the withdrawal.
A repeated click in my check did not produce two debits: one request remained. That is not a reason to click again whenever the interface is delayed. Check the history before repeating an action; otherwise a duplicate claim may be based only on the number of clicks rather than actual fund movements. I detected the ERC20/TRC20 mismatch before transferring. The incompatible-network transfer was stopped before cryptocurrency was sent. In a complaint about a completed transaction, distinguish the selected network from the actual destination; checking compatibility before sending prevents a different type of problem.
Withdrawal approval and actual receipt
In a separate bank withdrawal of 2,500 TRY to my own IBAN, I used the APK on a Poco X7 Pro. Approval took 135 minutes from the request, sending took another 5 minutes 30 seconds after approval, and receipt took a further 14 minutes. The full process took 154 minutes 30 seconds. The money therefore arrived 19 minutes 30 seconds after approval, rather than immediately. If the status shows “approved”, ask whether it has been sent and check receipt separately. Each stage’s timing refers to the withdrawal described to my bank account.
Detailed requirements and stages are collected on the withdrawals page. Retain the exact status wording in your complaint: “request approved, funds not received” is more informative than “withdrawals do not work”. If account-holder verification was requested, include its status in the description without posting the documents themselves in public correspondence.

How the missing freebet was credited
My dispute concerned a European club competitions offer. I placed an accumulator with 2,500 TRY of my own money at odds of 2.20 and expected a 500 TRY freebet, but initially received zero. A losing bet slip did not itself rule out the credit under the terms of this case: eligibility did not depend on the bet winning. Eligibility depended on country of registration and citizenship; my account met those conditions. The TRY currency alone does not establish eligibility for this credit. In this bonus dispute, support checked the offer’s terms and my account’s entitlement.
Correspondence and resolution
I first wrote on Telegram. After 12 minutes I was directed to the logged-in live chat; two minutes later I sent the bet slip number there. An automatic message appeared after three seconds, but a substantive specialist reply arrived two minutes 30 seconds after opening the chat.
| Step | Time from first contact | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Contact via Telegram | 0 minutes | Problem described without secret credentials |
| Telegram reply | 12 minutes | Directed to the logged-in live chat |
| Message in live chat | 14 minutes | Bet slip number provided |
| Automatic reply | 14 minutes 3 seconds | Message received |
| Substantive specialist reply | 16 minutes 30 seconds | Amount, competition and odds checked |
| Resolution | 29 minutes | Eligibility for a 500 TRY freebet confirmed |
| Adjustment | 31 minutes | Freebet increased by 500 TRY; cash balance unchanged |
After checking, the specialist confirmed eligibility and the freebet then appeared in the account. The adjustment took 17 minutes from entering live chat, while the full process including Telegram took 31 minutes. The three-second automatic reply cannot be presented as the resolution time, and time spent in the first channel cannot be excluded from the total enquiry duration.
Freebet credit and settlement
The freebet balance changed as follows: 0 + 500 = 500 TRY. The cash balance did not increase at the time of the adjustment. This is a fundamental distinction: a corrected bonus credit is not a bank refund or a transfer of 500 TRY that can be used like ordinary cash. I then used the freebet on two events at odds of 1.85 and 1.90. Their product was 3.515. With the stake excluded from the return, settlement was 500 × (3.515 − 1) = 1,257.50 TRY; adding the stake again to reach 1,757.50 TRY would be incorrect.
Correcting the freebet does not erase the initial failure: my enquiry was resolved by matching the bet slip number to the amount, competition and odds, while a claim that another account is entitled to a bonus needs its own supporting evidence.
What support needs to know
The operator states that live chat operates 24/7. General contacts list [email protected], while the FAQ also uses [email protected]; the account area has messages through an envelope icon. Choose the channel to suit the specific enquiry, keeping the correspondence connected and retaining the disputed transaction number.
| Dispute type | What to provide | Where to find it and why |
|---|---|---|
| Game | Game ID and expected settlement | CASİNOPRO GEÇMİŞİ identifies the specific round |
| Withdrawals | ID, amount, currency and status | History helps distinguish sending from receipt |
| Bonus | Bet slip number, terms, credited and expected amounts | Bet history and bonus balance show the discrepancy |
| PuliBet Guide content | Article address, disputed passage and explanation | [email protected]; the editorial team does not need payment documents |
State what should change after the review — an explanation of rejection, clarification of the stage or a credit — and link each separate question to its ID, amount and currency so that several transactions do not become one indistinguishable dispute.
The operator may separately verify the account holder through a logged-in channel. That is no reason to send a password, CVV or banking password to a public chat or the editorial team. Transaction details and access credentials serve different purposes; provide the necessary detail without unnecessarily expanding the data you share.
If the reply does not explain the discrepancy, repeat the transaction number and unresolved point. Confirm closure through the history entry, the relevant balance change or actual receipt, rather than only the message received.
Contacts and the purposes of each channel are described on the support page, and account-check limitations on the safety page. The 24/7 schedule refers to live chat availability, while 31 minutes refers to correcting my freebet. An enquiry’s outcome depends on the review of the specific transaction.
If the error is in a PuliBet Guide article
To correct a publication, use [email protected] or the editorial contacts page. Provide the article address, disputed passage and why you believe it is wrong. The editorial team does not request account passwords, full card details or payment documents for such enquiries. The approach to assessing facts is described in the methodology . We can clarify the text and its conclusions, but we do not own the gambling account or control the operator’s funds. If the dispute involves losing control over gambling, consider gambling restriction options alongside the enquiry.
Questions about complaints
Where can I find the game transaction ID?
Look in CASİNOPRO GEÇMİŞİ. Provide the ID with a description of the expected and actual settlement. The game name without a specific transaction may not be enough to locate the disputed round.
Does an automatic reply mean the complaint has been reviewed?
No. In my case the automatic reply arrived after three seconds, and a substantive human response arrived two minutes 30 seconds after entering live chat. The resolution and adjustment came later.
What should I report if a withdrawal is approved but the money has not arrived?
Provide the ID, amount, currency, status and the fact that funds have not arrived. Ask whether sending is complete. In my bank withdrawal, 19 minutes 30 seconds passed between approval and actual receipt.
Is a credited 500 TRY freebet equal to 500 TRY in cash?
No. The adjustment only increased the freebet from zero to 500 TRY; the cash balance did not change. Subsequent freebet settlement had its own terms, including no return of the stake.
Is every complaint resolved in 31 minutes?
No. That was the time from my first Telegram enquiry to the adjustment. A different dispute, verification stage or payment method may require a different sequence and duration.
Can the editorial team return funds to a gambling account?
No. PuliBet Guide reviews errors in its own publications. Direct questions about credits, payments and access to the operator; the editorial team only needs the article address, passage and reason for the correction.
