Pre-match, live and the sports offering

PuliBet sports betting is divided into events before kick-off and live events. This choice determines acceptance timing, available markets and price movement. A sport's name alone does not establish whether extra time counts: that answer is in the specific selection's conditions.

Conventional competitions, electronic and virtual events

The main navigation includes football, basketball, tennis, volleyball, table tennis, handball, ice hockey, futsal, darts, cricket and floorball. Electronic and virtual categories sit alongside them. They have their own events and rules; e-Futbol does not mean a bet on a conventional football match.

The electronic section includes e-Futbol, e-Futbol (BTR), e-Basketbol, e-Basketbol (BTR), e-Buz Hokeyi (BTR), Counter-Strike (BTR), Dota (BTR), League of Legends (BTR), Valorant (BTR) and Masa Tenisi (BTR). Keep the full category label when checking a slip: the word “football” alone does not identify the competition.

Pre-match also highlights Özel Bahisler, Özel Oran and Yüksek Oran: special bets and offers with separate pricing. Its regular offering includes football, basketball, e-Futbol, tennis, volleyball, table tennis and handball. A counter beside a section's name is not the number of unique matches in a month.

Special markets and Düello

Special offers combine different conditions: goals and corners across several matches, winning by a specified margin, individual team totals or player goals. There are combinations of goals, corners and cards; own goals; penalties; and hitting the woodwork without scoring. Read the whole slip's conditions, not just the last highlighted odds.

A separate group uses Opta statistics: shots, shots on target, saves and fouls. One combination requires a player to score and assist, their team to win, and both teams to score. These are several conditions within one offer. One element succeeding does not win the whole bet, and the player label should be checked against the event's line-up before submission.

Düello pairs teams from different real matches in a virtual match-up. Goals over 90 minutes are compared, and a postponement exceeding 24 hours causes cancellation. “Winner” cannot be read as a head-to-head result here: a team can win its own match but score fewer goals than the other team in the virtual pair.

Placing a bet slip and checking the accepted price

The slip records the amount, market, period and accepted odds. These fields are needed for later settlement and a disputed-transaction enquiry. The scoreboard does not replace the market's conditions: a first-half bet and a match bet can have different results despite the same final score.

Tekli, Kombine and Sistem

Tekli means a single, Kombine an accumulator and Sistem a system. An accumulator's combined odds are the product of its selections' odds. A system creates a set of combinations; check their composition and total amount before submission rather than applying an ordinary accumulator calculation.

1. Choose the sport, event and required period.
2. Read the selection's name, including the handicap, total and extra-time condition.
3. Check the slip type and amount to be debited.
4. Check the setting for accepting odds changes.
5. Submit the bet and wait for acceptance confirmation.
6. Open the history and compare the accepted price, amount and status with your intended bet.

Bets are accepted online, with odds displayed in decimal format. If the price changed before confirmation, calculating from the earlier on-screen figure is incorrect. Accepted slips usually cannot be edited, so correct the chosen period or team before submission, not after the match starts.

How an odds change affected my result

In Android APK 3.4.5089 on a Poco X7 Pro, I selected an outcome at 1.90, then confirmed the changed price of 1.86. I staked 125 TRY of my own funds without a bonus. After the win, the payout was 232.50 TRY and the net result 107.50 TRY: settlement matched the accepted figure.

The difference from the original screen was 5 TRY: at 1.90, the payout would have been 237.50 TRY. This was not an underpayment on the accepted slip. Compare settlement with the acceptance history and odds-change confirmation; otherwise, a complaint would rely on a price at which the bet was never placed.

Payouts, refunds and accumulator boosts

A winning ordinary bet's payout includes the stake; subtracting it gives the net result. Freebets work differently: the free stake's face value may not be returned. An identical product of odds therefore does not make a cash bet and a freebet financially equivalent.

Three cash-slip calculations

In my accumulator, 100 TRY was staked on three selections at 1.80, 1.95 and 2.10. Their product is 7.371, giving a payout of 737.10 TRY if all selections win. If the second selection is voided and assigned odds of 1, the remaining two produce 3.78 and a payout of 378 TRY.

Voiding one event does not automatically refund the entire accumulator: the voided element is replaced by one, while the others settle on their own results. In this case, the promotion's three-event condition was no longer met. Do not retain a promotional boost in your formula after the qualifying slip's composition changes.

Why a profit boost differs from an odds boost

A 10% boost to net winnings and a 10% increase in combined odds produce different amounts. For the accumulator above, the first method gives 100 + 637.10 × 1.10 = 800.81 TRY. The second gives 100 × 7.371 × 1.10 = 810.81 TRY. The difference is 10 TRY, the boost on the stake itself.

This compares two formulas, not two promotional payouts I received. Identify exactly what the offer boosts: profit, combined odds or another amount. If the promotion stopped applying after a selection was voided, neither enhanced formula describes ordinary settlement anymore.

What the overround of a complete 1X2 market shows

For a complete market priced at 1.80, 4.00 and 4.50, the sum of the inverse odds is 102.78%. The excess above 100%, or overround, is approximately 2.78%. This is a mathematical property of that specific trio of prices, not a promise of player returns or a measure of all the bookmaker's markets.

Compare prices for the same event, period and conditions. Higher odds on a winner including overtime cannot be directly compared with a regulation-time win price. Match the market first, then assess the price.

Cashout and early payout

Cashout closes a slip for an offered amount, while Early Payout settles an eligible bet when a specified sporting trigger occurs. These are different mechanisms: an available cashout button does not mean the promotion has triggered, and the required score does not guarantee that any slip can be cashed out.

When Bahis Bozdur is available

Bahis Bozdur provides full or partial cashout for singles and accumulators before or during an event. Applicable markets include football 1X2, draw no bet and both teams to score, two-way or three-way basketball outcomes, and tennis and volleyball winners.

Bonus bets, freebets and systems are excluded. The offer is also unavailable during suspension, after a losing selection, or when cashout is unavailable for a required accumulator element. The operator may restrict the feature for a player; event cancellation may cause an earlier cashout settlement to be revised.

I cashed out a 200 TRY stake for 236 TRY: the net result was 36 TRY, unaffected by the match's later outcome. In another episode, the market was suspended, the button was absent and I received no cashout payment. When planning risk, a future cashout cannot be treated as guaranteed.

Football trigger and exclusions

Football early payout applies to selected pre-match 1X2 bets: the chosen team must lead by two goals during regulation time. Bonus bets and freebets are excluded. Partial cashout also requires attention to the promotion's conditions, and a goal overturned by VAR does not create a valid trigger.

My 150 TRY bet at odds of 2.20 received a payout of 330 TRY. The team went 2:0 ahead in the 37th minute, and crediting occurred 8 minutes later; the final 2:2 score did not reverse the payout. A freebet with the same score progression received no early settlement and remained subject to ordinary settlement.

The target processing time is 10 minutes, but a data-feed problem can delay settlement until after the match. My 8 minutes describes a particular slip, not a maximum for everyone. If VAR overturns a goal before the early-payout condition is met, no basis for that payout arises.

Basketball and NBA

The required lead is 18 points in basketball and 20 in the NBA. Do not transfer football's “two goals” rule to other sports or combine the basketball thresholds. Before betting, check the market's participation and settlement rules, especially if you intend to use bonus funds.

Settlement rules by sport

Each sport has its own event-completion and refund boundaries. General rules allow late pre-match bets, clearly erroneous prices and bets involving manipulation or technical faults to be voided. The maximum amount depends on the sport, league and account; insufficient funds, a cancelled deposit and linked accounts also matter.

Football and statistical events

An ordinary football market covers two 45-minute halves plus stoppage time, excluding extra time and penalties unless the conditions say otherwise. Postponement exceeding 24 hours voids the bet. Moving to another ground causes cancellation; at a neutral ground, the first-listed team is considered the home side.

If a match is unfinished, undecided markets are voided. Distinguish an already determined outcome from one still open. In my postponement case beyond 24 hours, the entire 175 TRY stake was returned: the payout was a refund, with a zero net result, not a win at the selected odds.

Football markets include 1X2, total and exact goals, double chance, half-time/full-time, correct score, draw no bet, half result, first, last and next goal, highest-scoring half and kick-off. There are ordinary, European and Asian handicaps, both teams to score, odd/even, first or anytime goalscorer, winning one or both halves, win to nil, goals in each half, home and away markets, next-goal time, qualification, winner with method of victory, and winner combined with a total. Qualification and regulation-time victory answer different questions.

Team first- and last-goal markets have a separate own-goal provision. An own goal does not count as a goal by the selected player; a non-participating first goalscorer is refunded. A 0:0 score is an even total. Second-half or remaining-time markets may start their own count at 0:0, so earlier goals must not automatically be added.

Cards are measured either in points or by count. Under points scoring, yellow gives 10, red 25 and the maximum per player is 35. Under counting, yellow is 1, red 2 and the maximum is 3. Cards to the bench and after the final whistle are excluded; a half-time card to an active player counts.

A corner counts once actually taken. A rebound goal after a missed penalty is not a penalty goal, and a retaken penalty is assessed by the final attempt's result. In special statistical markets, read the counting source and full conditions separately, especially when several measures are combined.

Basketball and handball

Basketball's general rule excludes overtime unless the market specifies otherwise. A three-way result differs from a winner including overtime; odd/even includes overtime. Postponement exceeding 24 hours and an unfinished match require cancellation rules to be applied, but a settled first half retains its result.

Markets include quarters and halves, half-time/full-time, overall and team totals, handicaps, odd/even, draw no bet, highest-scoring quarter, overtime occurrence, races to a specified score, opening jump ball, winning margin, qualification, group winner and championship. A whole-number handicap can produce a refund at exact equality. “Handicap” alone is therefore insufficient: check the period and overtime treatment in the selected market.

Handball generally settles on regulation time without overtime or post-match throws, with a 24-hour postponement boundary. However, a separate handicap market includes overtime. The handball offering includes half results, totals, double chance, handicaps, draw no bet, half-time/full-time, team totals and exact goals, odd/even, races to a specified score, winning margin, three-way half result, highest-scoring half and championship.

Tennis and volleyball

In tennis, a date, court or surface change alone does not void a bet. If a player retires, already determined markets retain their results and the others are refunded; replacing a participant before the start produces a refund. In my episode after the first set, the completed-set bet settled while the match bet was refunded.

A tie-break counts as one game, including a match tie-break in doubles. Tennis markets include winner, total and odd/even games, correct set score, number of sets, set or game winner, winner of specified games, a particular game's score and championship. When comparing game totals with the final record, do not turn tie-break points into extra games — that changes the settlement unit itself.

In volleyball, undecided selections in an interrupted match are refunded, while already decided live markets remain valid. A venue change that swaps the home side voids the bet; a golden set counts only under a specific condition. Markets include Asian point handicaps, overall and set totals, point races, correct score, number of sets, odd/even, group winner, qualification and championship.

A separate market counts sets exceeding the normal finishing threshold: 25 points for the first four and 15 for the fifth. Correct scores of 3:0 or 3:1, totals of 3, 4 or 5 sets, odd/even and tournament victory describe different outcomes. Check that the slip refers to the intended part of the match.

Ice hockey and Asian handicaps

Ice hockey's standard settlement covers 60 minutes without overtime or shootouts. Separate markets offer a winner including overtime and shootouts, or a result including overtime but excluding shootouts. Postponement exceeding 24 hours causes cancellation; a decided period remains valid, and a remaining-time market starts at 0:0.

Ice hockey markets include result, total, double chance, draw no bet, individual goals and totals, odd/even, both teams to score, next, first and last goal, remaining time, scoring period, overtime occurrence and championship. An unfinished period is refunded if its market remains undecided.

A quarter Asian handicap splits the stake between two adjacent conditions. I staked 120 TRY on −0.25: after a draw, 60 TRY on the zero handicap was returned and 60 TRY on −0.5 lost. The result was a 60 TRY refund and a net loss of 60 TRY, neither a full refund nor a loss of the entire stake.

Baseball, American football and rugby

Baseball includes extra innings. Moneyline requires five completed innings, or four and a half if the home team leads; other markets require nine, or eight and a half with the corresponding home-team position. If a game is not completed on the same local day, undecided bets are usually refunded; starting or resuming within 24 hours keeps them valid, subject to individual-market provisions.

Baseball offers moneyline, run line ±1.5, totals with refunds at a whole-number boundary, the first 4½ innings, odd/even, first and last home run, team runs, races to a specified number of runs, extra innings, the bottom of the ninth, winning margin and championship. A venue change swapping home and away teams leads to refunds. Do not apply full-game requirements to a market decided over a shorter period.

American football includes overtime except in the three-way market. The 24-hour postponement and venue-change conditions apply; a whole-number handicap may produce a refund. Markets include second-half result, winner, overall and team totals, next scoring team and score type — touchdown, field goal or safety. Draw no bet, qualification, point races, quarter and half winners and highest-scoring periods, double chance, handicap and championship extend the choice.

Rugby's general rule instead uses regulation time without extra time. Postponement or interruption exceeding 24 hours, or a home-team change following relocation, leads to refunds of undecided bets; a whole-number handicap allows a refund. For an individual-half market, use only that half's result, even if the match outcome seems sufficient to settle the whole slip.

Other sports

In motorsport, championship settlement follows the official standings immediately after the final race; later appeals do not change it. Participation in practice or qualifying is sufficient for a race-win bet to stand; in a head-to-head, both competitors must start. If both retire, the number of completed laps is compared.

Snooker offers match winner and championship. If a participant withdraws, undecided bets are refunded; replacement before the start also produces a refund. In cycling, participation alone is sufficient for a bet to stand even after retirement or a shortened stage, and settlement follows the official podium. These are different approaches to an unfinished performance.

Futsal uses regulation time without overtime for ordinary markets: totals, score, remaining-time winner, next goal, both teams to score and team goals. Championship or play-off markets depend on their own wording. In badminton, an unfinished event or postponement exceeding 48 hours voids undecided selections while preserving already decided live bets.

Badminton offers match winner and championship based on the official result. Replacing a participant before the competition produces a refund. Darts is also listed, but bets should be chosen according to the specific market's conditions. Tennis or snooker rules for sets, withdrawals and postponements cannot automatically be applied to it.

How win limits work together

The slip maximum and daily maximum are different restrictions. The conditions below concern TRY settlements; they do not imply equal availability of amounts for every account or currency. Increasing the stake does not override account, competition or applicable-promotion restrictions.

The daily sports maximum is 500,000 TRY. For example, a 25,000 TRY slip falls into a band with a 1,000,000 TRY maximum, but if 120,000 TRY has already been received that day, only 380,000 TRY of the daily limit remains. Looking only at the slip's million-level limit is insufficient to assess potential settlement.

A withdrawal limit is not a sports win limit. Withdrawals separately specify 1,000,000 TRY per day, 5,000,000 TRY per week and 20,000,000 TRY per month; the process is described on the withdrawals page. The exception for a progressive casino jackpot does not increase the sports maximum.

Before depositing , compare the cashier with your required stake amount. Do not conceal your IP, use another person's account, linked accounts or coordinated identical bets to bypass conditions. The agreement restricts such actions; where language versions differ, the established priority of the English text matters.

When support had to correct a missing freebet

My qualifying European-cup slip was 2,500 TRY at odds of 2.20, funded with my own money. It lost but met the conditions for a 500 TRY freebet. The freebet initially failed to appear: its balance stayed at zero. This failure cannot be treated as a normal promotional outcome merely because it was later corrected.

After I contacted Telegram support, a reply arrived in 12 minutes and directed me to the logged-in live chat. There, an automatic message appeared after 3 seconds and a substantive reply 2 minutes 30 seconds after entering the chat. The decision was made in the 29th minute after the initial contact, and the correction was completed in the 31st.

The freebet balance rose from 0 to 500 TRY; the cash balance did not increase at that step. I then used the freebet on an accumulator at 1.85 × 1.90: the win credited 1,257.50 TRY because the free stake's face value was not returned. This is the result of a particular qualification and slip, not a promise of a bonus for every account.

For PuliBet bonuses , check the promotion's separate conditions: unless it specifies otherwise, bonus winnings are capped at 30× the bonus amount. This is a winnings ceiling, not a wagering requirement. If crediting differs, retain the slip number, amount, accepted odds and expected balance type, then follow the complaints procedure .

Sports rating and choosing a bet slip

PuliBet's sports section scores 5.9/10 . Its strength is a working combination of slip types and live features; its weakness is how results depend on numerous exclusions and overlapping limits. Early payout worked in my case, but cashout is not available whenever a player demands it.

Pre-match, live and different slip types support choosing a particular betting approach. I check the accepted price, cashout and early-payout conditions, then the lower applicable limit. These four conditions guide the practical choice; the final 5.9/10 does not imply an advantage in every match or a guaranteed win.
